Hey everyone,
I recently got a HOG, however it didn't have an expression pedal, so I got my hands on a mission SP1-R off of the bay. After re-configuring the board powering it up the only issue was that the expression pedal isn't expressing... shall we say. The pedal has a switch out, and an effect out. I tried running out of both.. no dice. When I initially read the mission spec sheet I thought it would work, but when reading through some forums I saw 1 thread where 1 guy was saying something about the 2 output pedals not being Hog-patible. I plan on calling mission later, but given the time difference I figured I'd post here and see what I can find out until they open.
-Can anyone help?
- Do both jack on the expression pedal need to be in use to operate properly?
- If so can I use some sort of Y or Stereo Cable to make it work?
- If not what about a Dummy Jack?
- If the expression pedal is not compatible is it worth having it modded or should I just sell it and get the ep-1?
