EHX Tri Parallel Mixer say what, why? No

It is a carry over from matrix mixers and the result of running signal through various effects, a simple rocker eq is a quick fix sometimes a lot easier than going into the loop to fix.
Anyone gotten their hands on this pedal yet? I'm in need of an effects switching system and having one that can do parallel mixing would be a huge plus. I've never owned an EHX pedal and I've heard some horror stories about their reliability. Also, I'm assuming that the pedal uses buffered bypass. At this price point I'm concerned about the quality of the buffer and what kind of impact it might have on my bypassed clean tone.
