EICH amp Service?

Eich's website says to email them if you need support. Have you asked them if they have any authorized service centers in the US?

I already wrote to them and also the online retailer I got it from. Lets see

Same thing with my Demeter, no one local will touch class D.

UPDATE: After opening the amp, checking all connectors, and applying contact cleaner and compressed air throughout, the amp works great again. This thing is very well built and should last for years — no wonder there are no reports (that I'm aware of) of failures or repairs. The European dealer I purchased it from never had a complaint or issue, and advised me to contact EICH directly. They recommended sending it to them or to a repair shop in Albuquerque, Caldera Electronics, who does official repairs for them. I didn't need to.
