Electric fence interference on my recordings!!!!

HI TB guys and girls , does anyone know how I can stop interference from our electric fence unit ticking away in the background of every track I record?

because I live on a sheep and cattle station out the back of beyond ,we have to run a hot wire(electric fence) to keep the stock from breaking out . it works good for that job ,but it really interferes with my recordings , will some type of ground lift sort my troubles out ? I could just turn off the fence but then I would be rounding up cattle and sheep and deer for weeks and weeks ,so that's not a option

cheers Scotty

Check that you levels are hot enough to get above the background noise.
It may not be the fence.
