Elf 1x10 Combo to peavey headliner 210

So I have and Elf 1x10 combo and a Peavey Headliner 210.....
I am assuming this combo works with this in regards to ohms and wattage but wanted to get Hive knowledge.

below are the specks for both

• Elf 200W continuous into 4 ohms / 130W continuous into 8 ohm
• headliner 400 watts program power handling 800 watts peak 8 ohm

I guess the first question is this going to blow anything up. Second am I going to be getting 200W or 130 W
I am assuming 200w as I think the ohm would drop to 4 once I connect the Headliner.

FYI I have sent an email to support at Trace and Peavey. If i get an answer with them I will share it here as well.

I think I might have found the answer to my questions
The manual for the Elf 1x10 Says
Power Output (1% THD):130W - 8 Ω - Internal 8 ohm speaker 200W - 4 Ω - With external 8 ohm cab
