Emg B64 preamp?

See this on a used bass I'm checking out can anyone provide any info or specs? I'm familiar with 2 band bts system wondering how this compares and if it has internal dip switches or anything extra.

For those that wanna know it is a peak notch eq not a boradband one that most are familiar with on basses. More surgical sounding than musical sounding.
