EMG BTC...??

Can you use the EMG BTC system with 18 volts or is it used with just 9 volts...?

18 is fine. 18v wiring is shown on all of the EMG preamp schematics.

THE BTC CONTROL--WITH A 24VOLT CONVERSION THAT
i FOUND ON eBAY--SOUNDS GREAT.

emg ADVERTISES THAT YOU CAN GO UP TO 27V.
mORE VOLTAS--BETTER HEADROOM!

i think you reach diminishing returns past 18V with EMG stuff; you also (from what i understand) start placing undue stress on the components, shortening their life.
