EMG Customer Service

    I just wanted to let everyone know about the great customer service I received from EMG. My wife bought a set of EMG P/J pups back in 1999 for a Birthday present. I had them in my '87 Jazz Special for a long while. I took the EMG's out when I wanted to get that bass back to all original. I just bought another Jazz Special body and went to install the EMGs and found out I was missing the pots and jack. I didn't have the box or spec sheets anymore so I email a picture of the pups. Not only did they identify the pups, Rick Hunt of EMG said he had some parts I needed laying around and mailed them to me at no charge! Great company and service!
