So I placed a set of the emg geezer pbass pups in my bass I've wired everything as the directions showed but I'm very getting very little sound out of my E/A pup and just a tad bit louder out of the D/G pup and that's with everything cranked including master volume on my amp. It's frustrating. My question I suppose is; Are the pickups bad? Or could I possibly just solder them like normal pups? Any advice would be greatly helpful thanks in advance

I would go through the instructions and check all connections again. If the issues continue contact EMG.

I have GZRs in my P bass and they are great.
I've heard them played and they fit my style of music so i was super excited to get these lol guess im gonna call emg tomorrow. Thank you!
Post what they tell you. I bought a set here on TB about a month ago and just got around to installing them. Same issue, barely any volume. Disconnected and reconnected everything. The diagrams are simple once you lay it all out. Since I bought here I might be screwed. If I can isolate where the issue is I hope to do a workaround.
