I love my eminence for its growl and playability, so when I woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of the neck snapping off the body for no apparent reason, I was not happy. Even though I bought the thing used off ebay, this fellow Gary Edward was quite impressive in his handling of the situation. I sent to him and he's taking care of all repair posthaste and shipping it back on his dime! Makes me feel like, at least for one moment, I'm not living in a corporatocracy. This guy's a winner, in my humble opinion.

I am happy to read that. I have an eminence and I love it. I had some problems and Gary answered to all my questions. In fact, the problem was me, when i installed the neck and the bridge, the bridge was not straight enough.
