English Muff'n

I'd plus one on the grainyness thing. It's weird, its got great low end but the graininess makes it seem like it has artificial treble. When I had mine I would set it treble cut slightly, middle bumped slightly, bass straight up, and it still sounded like it had a mid scoop! It's quite aggressive and would be perfect for the kinda of modern overdrive sound bass players cop in dancey rock stuff. Reminds me of the bassline in Club Foot by Kasabian.

If you wanna hear it live there a clip of my band playing a cover of QOTSA's Feel Good Hit Of The Summer and I have it on the whole time. I'm playing a J bass so it doesn't sound as hefty as Nick's overdriven P.
