Epi Jack Casady Guard...HELP!

Limited vendors have aftermarket and I am not looking for wonky materials, bakelite, etc. Anyone know a source for B/W/B and the bracket? Original owner of the one I just got second hand discarded it. Anyone willing to snail mail me a tracing?

I’m having a hard time finding measurements online but I’m pretty sure it’s a standard Les Paul pickguard bracket. AP-0620 Pickguard Bracket for Les Paul®

PM me your address. I just made a tracing of my pickguard and the bracket but I’m pretty sure WD or pickguardian or any of the usual suspects will make you one. Can’t say on the price, however.

Finally heard back from Chandler. They claim to have the pattern on file along with the bracket and screws...We shall see. I'll PM my address if this order ends up having issues.

Matt - I used to make these in Gibson bwbw here. Have the outline template, but didn't mark the holes. Made this one off a pic. Any chance you can print and see how I did compared to your trace? Thanks in advance! Have some bwbw Gibson material on the way and can make a few more.

I printed out a couple. I cut one out and laid it on the existing guard on my bass ( not sure what happened to the tracing) and it looks good. I tried to compare to the printed measurements it was a little tough with the guard still on the bass but, if you’re not right on, you’re pretty close. My Casady is older so I can’t guarantee they didn’t change.

Right on Matt! That hole by the neck is the most critical one, the one with the bracket has some wiggle room. Appreciate the help! Material is on the way so should be tooling up a couple here in the next week or so.

Well - I sure am having a hard time finding an OEM one. Can I talk you into sending yours over, then can make a black one spot on for you for your troubles. Had nothing but good reviews from the last batch I did in the classifieds. Material arrives today so can have it ready by time yours arrives. msg me for my addy if interested.
