Double Bass Epifani D.I.S.T. cabs

Does anyone have any experience with these cabs? With its dual impedance capability (300 watts @8 ohms or 4 ohms, if I read correctly), it appears that the UL D.I.S.T. 12 could be used with a smaller head like the new GK MB200 to take advantage of that head's 200 watts at 4 ohm output (versus its 140 watts @8ohms).
