Whats the difference in the UL-610 vs. the UL2-610. I obviously know that the ul2 is the new model, but what has really changed?

it's the Series 1 drivers vs. the Series II. Personally I like the Series I, but they both sound great.
just bought the UL610 on Music123.com for $999.99, which is amazing price. They normally sell for $1,500.00 & up.
If you could choose btw the schroeder 412L, UL-610, or the UL2-610......which? I play a five string mainly so I need good lows for sure.
