Epiphone EB-3 neck dive fix

i just got a heck-uva deal on a epiphone EB-3, and i absolutely love this bass. Ive got a MIM jazz with nordy's and a MIM P with flats, and i love them both, this thing just does sounds that the fenders cant do, which is why i love it.

but what i do not love is the neck dive.
im so spoiled, cause fenders, to me, are perfectly balanced, and just so comfortable.

but the EB, with the SG style body, i just cant stand it. the peg on the back makes it lean forward, and the neck dives like a kamikaze pilot.

question is, how can i fix it?

Hipshot Ultra-Lite tuners help a lot, but don't eliminate it completely. They are also much better tuners than the originals. Make sure you get the 1/2" ones. Here is mine with the Ultra-Lites, although you can't really tell in the picture.
