Tons of sustain.
Heavy beyond any reason to BE so heavy.
Lots of neck dive.
Beautiful finish.
Rotten design on bridge - impossible to lock the set screw while setting intonation.
Great voicing and tonal abilities.
Really decent ergonomics and user-friendly controls.
Prolly indestructible, even in a gig bag.
I owned a used one - and even though I like it and wanted to, I couldn't bring myself to keep a previously owned bass.
I traded it in for a VM-Jazz + some cash.

I wouldn't count on it.
The slanted headstock and mahogany is not a very fortunate combination...
^^ Not only did I count on it - it was obvious. The sustain was huge and just kept a-coming.
If I had my druthers for a bar fight - I'd grab an Epi LPS first. A killer in more than one way.
