Epiphone Rivoli 1996

Let me preface this thread by stating that I did search for a similar situation and found some help from the forum, but I felt like I have to ask anyway- although I am unsure about just where to post worth queries.

How much would a 1996 Epiphone Rivoli in perfect condition be worth? It seems a music store in my town found one that has been in it's case for 14 years.

I wanted the JC bass but if I can steal this one...

Going from what I paid for a reissue Rivoli, in perfect condition, a few years back, $300 w/case.

That $300 number is old.
Rivolis are going for more like $700 now.
But if you can convince them of the $300, do it!
