EQ help needed!

Hi, I'm looking for some advice on EQ settings. I play in a funk band and use Warwick basses (predominantly a streamer lx and occasionally a thumb nt) through a trace elliot combo. I'm trying to get a good funky Zender-esque sound and would appreciate any advice on how to set my EQ appropriately.

I doubt it was a pedal or effect that got him "his tone" so may wanna check another forum also.

Mids, use neck pickup will help.
