Euphonic opinion?

I was referring strictly for superb tonal quality and not for maximal volume/output/db.

Before the new woofers, there was more of a difference, the 208 being tighter. With the change, they are very close in character, and listening to both, I couldn't really favor one over the other, tone-wise. Size, weight, price, and personal needs would be the determining factor these days IMHO.

After reading some info that Bob Gollihur posted in the FDP and here at Talkbass about the new EA coaxial 210 cabinet, I think I'm starting to feel those old GAS twinges starting. An EA 210 with a tighter bottom has got to be a great sounding cabinet. The fact that they are physically smaller and more efficient are pluses also.

Rob, starting to think like Larry K. Smaller, more efficient 210 cabinets and a Walter Woods head. Hhhhmmmmmmm
