these are what they look like though...or I should say..What I have..

oh man, those would rage for bass guitar! dunno how heavy or sturdy they are for gigs, though; i'm guessing they were built for permanent installs?

either way, there's plenty of TL606-based gigging cabs out there, like the boogie cabs or the orange cabs.

I just bought a Genz Benz streamliner...I haven't tried yet..I have..2 -Svt 8x10 cabs....1 4x10 acoustic cab..and This Ev tl606 to try out ..when I get down my shop and hookem up.its just too cold togo down my shop to.. tinker...I am chompin at the bit though...

Hi Plucker T,

The Original drivers that were designed to be in the TL-606, IIRC was the Electro-Voice EVM 15L; (for Pro Audio application), but were also sold as a bass guitar speaker. The EVM series replaced the "SRO series" drivers in the late 70's and were competing w/ the JBL D-130, E-140, and the Altec Lansing 421A, ("Voice of the Theater") and so were considered the 'Top-of-the-heap' in their day! Enjoy them! Cheers
