Evel Kneivel inspired

Well done! And thank you for keeping Evel's memory alive. I remember a television program that featured Evel and his orthopaedic surgeon in a split screen pesentation. Evel was in his closet and described all his extraordinary clothes. The surgeon showed x-rays of Evel's joints and bones. At the time it seemed hilarious. Now I'm less sure of the correct response.

Looks great! What finish process(es) and materials did you use?
I had the resources of the sign company I work for, so I was able to cut the Stars and Stripes on a plotter out of Gerber mask. I filled the grain with bondo wood filler then used high build primer. The paint is akzo auto paint and the clear coat is 2k clear from Roth metal flake.
