Even worth doing?

So I have the chance to buy a GK 4X10 Cab for 50 bucks. The plan if I buy it is to take it apart and convert to a 15 with a tweeter. I am trying to keep the cost down and have yet to come across a 15 cab for that price. (pawn shop want 350 for a use ampeg 15 cab). Does this financially sound like a good idea?

I am playing on a eden 15, which is at 4 ohmes 320 watts. The GK 4X10 is rated for 400 watts at 8 ohms, but I planned on taking it apart anyway.
Thanks

Have you checked the dimensions and made sure it will work with a 15 in it? You could always put a new set of 10's in that GK cab, it will have more conespace and will probably hit harder than the same box with just 15 in there. Is $$ an object or do we have an infinite budget for this project?
