Eventide modfactor Undulator issue

I recently bought a eventide modfactor and updated it with help from a friend who also uses an eventide pedal. Before update the undulator worked great (one of the reasons i bought the pedal was for the undulator) but since i updated the pedal the undulator produces like a high pitched almost glitchy chorus noise? Ive tried different amps,leads, putting in its own loop but i have no idea how to deal with this issue. Anyone help out there? Thanks.

I haven't experienced this but I vaguely recall someone saying something similar (about a glitch in Undulator after an update) on the Eventide forums. Maybe you should check those out. You tend to get direct responses from Eventide that way.

Report the bug directly and revert to an earlier firmware version. I emailed them about the q wah (volume increased at exp toe position) and they fixed it on the next update.
