.....right leg.
So, on Labor Day, I tore a muscle in my right calf.
Seems that recovery from it can take MONTHS! In some cases it can even take up to a year. Seriously? Yep. Seriously.
I am literally walking with a CANE for a few more days. Yep. I ripped it good. And, nope. Unfortunately, the story does not involve beer.
I had recently started an exercise routine. I was tightening up my arms and legs and on my way to getting in better shape.
Now this.
I'm still super motivated and want to keep working out.
Arms? Obvious. Anything arms just makes sense.
But I would like to work my core as well.
However, I can't put pressure and/or weight on my right foot for quite a while. It doesn't hurt to put my knee down. But standing on, or twisting my leg is out.
Help me out. What exercises can I do that won't slow down my recovery... or my staying in shape?
