Exlusive Guitars & Basses .... anyone get one?

if I was a 5-string lover, i would tottaly be GASing right now

I am a five string lover and I am GASing right now. I was originally thinking of trying out a Super B just as a backup/"leave it at the rehearsal space" instrument... but that thought has been elevated after mmbassplayer's description (and that Youtube demo). Now I want to give one a legitimate shot. :bassist:

5sg.

Ok guys here she is, just picked her up today. Sorry the pics suck, but I just got home, its late and I don't have much time before I gotta hit the sack so I'll take some better pics in the sunlight when I get a chance. I played her for a few and wow does she growl and purrrr! Super smooth satin neck, flawless body, and set up perfectly from the factory. For you guys asking about 4 bangers, they make them, and I got to play the exact same model as mine in a 4 string today. The bass does not come with a hard shell case, but it does come with a nice Tuscany gig bag. If anyone is seriously interested in getting one of these basses, send me a pm and I'll give you the contact info for the dealer, apparently he's the only dealer in the US as of right now. I know these basses are pretty hard to find out any info on so if anyone has any particular questions feel free to ask me and I'll do my best to answer them. I'll be playing this one live two nights this weekend so I'll get a good live test out of her. Anyways, here's the pics.

Ric copy aint going to be around for long

It seems Ric copies are legal: the copyright only applies to USA.

Fumble a bit and take a deeper look...

You can even order direct (currently there are a few real sweet offers!!!):

GOOD TO HEAR! I'm glad you're happy with the bass.

At risk of being a jerk, can I have dibs if you ever need to part with it?

Crowder's I didn't realize you were on talk bass. That bass I posted pics of came from crowders. Excelent service, I highly recommend buying from him, and I'll be reffering some more bass players to you! Definitely enjoying the bass so far and it was good meeting and talking with you yesterday. Slap Jason around for me lol.

I will give you first dibs lol.

Hey Bloodfist, can you record clips?
I cant record any clips, I don't have an interface for my computer. However, I am going to buy a new HD video recorder this weekend so I'll make a video and post it up on here. I just played around with her for a few on my main rig for the first time a little bit ago. I don't like the strings that came on it (D'Addario) so I'll be sending them to the trash and putting some Dr's or Ernie Balls on it soon. The first thing I really noticed about it was the smooth transition on all the controls. Both volumes are well balanced, they don't jump up in volume or cut out as your tweaking them. Its extremely easy to work with the pickup volume and tweak them to how you want it, and quickly. The same goes for the EQ's, theres no major boost or cut spikes, just a smooth and easy to work with EQ. The coil tap basically makes the bass sound like a beefy Fender Jazz. With both pickups running full volume, this thing sounds like a beast! The neck is very comfortable with a fast action, and there is no neck dive at all. As for weight, I haven't weighed it yet, but it does have a little bit of weight to it. As of right now, I have nothing but praise for this bass. Intonation was set up perfectly from the factory in standard tuning, and the bass was actually in perfect tune straight out of the box. The basses I will also be using for my shows this weekend are a Spector Rebop and a Stingray 4 HH, so I'll let yall know how it holds up in comparison to them.

some more drooling...

that is the site for the more exclusive (now... with the "c"!) instruments entirely realised in Italy by G.F. that is an independent and courageous luthier that started several years ago against all odds with an innovative and original approach...

Welcome! Unless you're the builder of the basses in this thread, you may want to use this link to introduce yourself.
