We are developing a 4 strings version of the triple pickup. Is there a return to the 6 strings there?
yea the 6ers are botiques, im looking for a 6 sting jazz bass if you had a fusion 6 id be on that like white on rice
Ok, so I had a few minutes to spare so I made a really crappy youtube video of my Fusion 5. I suck at doing videos, and I just got a new computer so I also wanted to test out the video on it
. I'll do a better video soon, with a better sound quality on the bass. The amp I played through was a small Crate amp thats about 30 years old that I use for my acoustic guitar. My Ampeg rig is locked up in the band trailer, so obviously I couldn't use it. Anyways feel free to laugh at my video, and maybe you'll find something useful about the bass. As soon as I pick up my new interface for this computer, I'll make a video of it and do a complete sound test for you guys on it.

I bought a used Exlusive Fusion V bass from a dealer in the US. I'm glad that I did it. Over the years; I've owned a lot of Fenders 4's and 5's, a few Warwicks 5's & 6's, a Tobias 5 or two, a Celinder 5, and a couple Mike Lull 5's. I haven't had the Fusion V out on the road yet, but rehearsing with it is a dream, and roadwork with it is something that I look forward to. This thing is KILLER! I love the sound of the electronics, and the layout. The neck is a shallow "C" and it's a really easy playing 34" scale. Easy neck to adjust, and the truss rod has a good quality feel to it. It's got nice balance. This thing plays great. I would be really happy to have one more of these with me, the next time that I do roadwork. I left it plugged in all night in the studio a couple days ago, and still had 8.6 volts left on a 2 week old 9 volt battery when I tested it the next day! I like the sound of the thing as well as the Celinder, and it compares quite favorably with some of the Sadowskys that I have played / heard. And the neck isn't a "club!" And....it even makes my old Acoustic rig from the 70's sing like a kid again. I don't like the paint job on the headstock, but other than that, I would have to say that this is a GREAT BASS, and an exceptional value for the money. Get one!
So I bought a Fusion-5 and I´m very happy about it, weight is around 4 kg, the B string is awesome, sounds good, looks good.
