Pigface albums: **** + Gub. Everyone seems to think it's a euphemism for "f*** up." It's not. I chose this an AOL username about 10 years ago, back when almost all the words were taken and I didn't want to append "4323515" to something. Honestly, I'm pretty sick of this username, but I continue to use it so I don't have to try to remember which username goes to which forum. For anything remotely professional I just use my name.

Brother = on tour for a record called "hymnal", the band members began calling each other "brother (name)" and other religious mockery.

newt = shortened from "Newstead"... 'cause I play bass, my first name is Jason, and at one point I played a black bass and looked vaguely like him. (I'm much older and fatter now).

and it actually stuck, most of the people who know me from that band/time in my life still call me "brothernewt".

platypus = c'mon! god was baked when he made the platypus, just look at it

4:20 = anybody taht goes to high school should know what this is

but basically, the way i described it one time is like this:

easter has a bunny, christmas has santa, 4/20 has a platypus :D

I think I'm one of the few people here who really laughed at this. I mean REALLY LOLed. That's the best explanation for the platypus I've ever heard.

My name came about when my other half watched me stomping around the stage with attitude, wearing pink, with a pink fluffy scarf. He said I looked and behaved just like Miss Piggy. Well, I wasn't flattered, but the name kinda stuck.

My other nickname is Legalongfoodletwee, or Leggy for short, or just plain Leg.

My real name is Lesley. Boring!

Oh heck - I suppose there is a similarity.......

Mine was a fake name Homer Simpson gave himself. I started using it on another forum after one of the other members made a giant deal about the "security risk" of using your real name. I initially started using it as a joke, but I've kept it ever since.

Jazz was one of my nicknames through college and a while after. I actually had a show on the campus station using the name "Mr. Jazz", even though our show didn't play jazz. :D

When creating my first (and last) hotmail account, I wanted to come up with something unique. My then girlfriend suggested midnight since I was a notorious night owl. Pretty much been my all-purpose online name ever since.

Ax to Ox, Guitar player switching to bass, Ax for the guitar ( I was ignorant to the fact bass players called their instruments Axes also) and Ox for a bass player I admire who we all know.
I've used it on several forums and never changed it even though it's kinda inaccurate. It's unique.

My username comes from the fact that I race gokarts, or "race" karts as I like to call them, as they are not the slow karts that you see at amusement centers. Mine typically go about 100 mph (with my butt 1 inch off the ground). The 2000 thing comes from my old landlord, who set up an email/internet account with "karter2000" for me and I've used it ever since.
