Yep, giving
some kind of credit would be the right thing.
Either incorporating your name or initials, or putting “(Inspired by John Turner)” or something like that.
Maybe if you talked to (Bill?), they would realize the oversight.
I guess the point is there shouldn’t be a need to remind them.
With Bud Lecompte, if a customer only requests a
variation from one of his standard body designs, he renames it with the customer’s Initials.
