We sold half of them, seven still available. One rave and haven't heard back on any other guest feedback.
FYI that's a $6.00 cut of tuna. Food cost rules put $18 as the price just for the Tuna. If I break down the actual cost, times 3 (33% food cost is actually a bit too high) I SHOULD be charging $25... White cheddar, half a dozen bell peppers, heavy whipping cream, pasta, mozzarella and the Chipotle the tuna is rubbed with add the actual cost up to closer to $8 and change.

Was hoping @slobake would get a smile. I bet he'd looove my TNC.

It does look REALLY good.

And yeah, sometimes you have to fudge the 25-30 percent food cost rule to accommodate expectations.
