Fastest finger style bassist?

I can't say who's actually the fastest; it really doesn't matter IMO, but Jaco(R.I.P), Jeff Berlin, Stanley Clarke, Niels-Henning Orsted Pedersen, Geddy Lee, Ray Brown(R.I.P.), Marcus Miller, John Patitucci, Billy Sheehan, Ron Carter, John Entwistle(R.I.P.), and Victor Bailey all can(could) play plenty fast when it's called for.

I'm sure there are many more, especially from the metal scene, but I've never listened to much of the different variants of metal to learn the names of the bands or players.

From a sheer speed-standpoint NHOP amazes me the most because he can play some of the cleanest, fastest, and most melodic lines I've heard, and he does it on a string bass.

There's my 2 cents,
