I think usa should work. One of my roomates is Sweedish, and all his mail has our address and then a big line and then USA.

Most of our mail from overseas will have USA in large print under the address.

If I'm feeling extremely motivated I'll take a trip to Hell, Michigan and mail one from there. (Apparently their post office does a pretty brisk trade.) Failing that I'll get one out from good ol GR.
