And I believe Jon Donais gigs with Anthrax these days too, so you know he has to be good (especially since he's gotta be paired up with Scott Ian who's one of the best rhythm gutiarists in the biz).

OMG, how could I forget Slipknot? Yeah, Slipknot's guitar duo of Mick Thomson and Jim Root are killer.

Anthrax (Scott Ian and their different lead guitarists over the last 45 years, currently Jon Donais)
Armored Saint (Jeff Duncan and Phil Sandoval are really underrated guitarists)
The Beatles (RIP John and George)
Overkill (they had two guitarists since 1990, so I'm counting them)
Metallica (but only their 1980s and post-2005 content)

Jon Donais has been their lead guitarist since 2014. He's a full band member and he's featured on For All Kings and their upcoming album. I can't wait for the new Anthrax record to come out!

A few that popped into mind…

Pavement - SM and Spiral Stairs
Spiral’s playing is usually a lot more simple than SM’s, but they usually complement each other fairly well.

Deerhoof - John Dieterich and Ed Rodriguez
I’m a big fan of Deerhoof, their whole catalog basically. The records they’ve done since Ed joined the band have all been very good IMO. They keep getting better.

The Mats - Paul Westerberg and Bob Stinson

The Clash - Strummer and Mick Jones
