Just this year I've dug deeper into pedals I only owned one before 2009. Therefore all of my current pedals were purchased in the last year. Here's a rundown of the ups, downs and best of the best of all of them.
EHX-Mole
I love it, it lets me crank the harmonic level on my D.I. and really rounds out my sound. Simple, yet effective, if only the rest of life was that easy.
I'm totally with you on the Mole. It's a great little pedal and I love the ballsy, bassy goodness it can create for certain parts. It's just the way I use it I couldn't leave it on at all times. Even better price though.
Boss ODB-3
For my uses its not so much an overdrive as a boost. With my current Solid State setup it doesn't react so well when not rolled back to the DRY setting. I've been thinking something like this could help but I don't know.

If anyone has any recommendations for an Overdrive that will work well with a Sunn Concert Bass and has good low end or any insight at all I'd be in debt.
EHX NYC Big Muff
I'm beginning to appreciate this purchase more and more. At first I was a little disappointed as my only previously owned pedal before last year was a Russian Black Big Muff. I'm not really able to use this pedal to it's true Muffy goodness (sustain almost dimed, tone rolled back) in my current band. But I'm realizing I can use it as a damn convincing
Lemmy-chaneller just listen to the intro to Ace of Spades...err, I mean our new song.
Korg Pitchblack
Sweet tuner pedal the only thing the Boss Chromatic Tuner has on this is it can be used as a splitter as well.
Danelectro Cool Cat Chorus 18v
Cool older pedal from the 90's that I scooped up off of ebay for a good price. It's not digital at all and very organic sounding which I like. It also works well with other pedals. I'm not going to get a lush underwater sound but I get a damn good basic chorus sound. Only bad thing is the 18v power supply.
Still on the wishlist for 2010
An older Rat
An older Qtron
Bassballs
Stereo Electric Mistress
Bass Big Muff (maybe)
& whatever else I end up gassing for.
edit: forgot I also want a VT Bass
