Favorite effect aquisition of 2009?

got a handful of really cool pedals in 2009...micro pog, whammy pedal, syb-3...but the coolest is the tech 21 british that i got for christmas. only used it on one gig, but i never realized how much i would like having a little marshall to break up my "all ampeg all the time" tone.

Subscribed, gotta go through and look at all the pedals... I should probably have my pencil ready, I get the feeling I'm going to be adding to my G.A.S. list... :help: :rollno: :D lol

I'm undecided between two for favorite:
Fromel Seraph, Custom #57
Subdecay Prometheus (fav envelope filter to date)

Honorable mention goes to my Sansamp BDDI (I finally got around to buying one, should've a lot sooner!)

5sg.

Im in love with my SWR Mo'bass head, the base is a sweet sounding swr head with some sick features. I got a ridicules tube overdrive, a crazy sub-bass that its all the way pass C. Then the bass synth is straight from Herbie's Head Hunters. A silky sweet chorus that screams Vick with chords. But the frosting to this crazy concoction known as the Mo'bass is the Mo'bass EQ. It just livens up the single so much. Lets say my J-bass in standard tuning growls like a 6.:)

I think I only picked up three pedals this year:

Dwarfcraft Shiva - haven't found a home for it in any of our material yet, but it seems ripe with possibilities especially in combination with a filter.

T. Rex Reptile - A really nice delay that's unfortunately darker than I was hoping for.

HAO Rust Ride - I bought it on a whim thinking I could replace my BassDrive. Still prefer my ol' Fulltone. Will probably flip in the near future.

In Soviet Russia, pedal acquires you. This explains why the KGB gave me a sinus infection, and why there is a green Sovtek Big Muff on the Amazing Technicolor Nighmare Pedal, which is set for retirement, effective immediately. At any rate, that's my favorite from 2009.
