I see these Best Punk Bassist threads all the time, and this is the first one that watt's been mentioned on the first page. And the second page, for that matter. Let alone the five or six times he's already been mentioned.
He's punk because he defies the rules, not because he follows the rules of the "Punk Genre." Punk is whatever you want to make it, which is why he makes it his own.
