Favourite basses you don't own

One of my all-time favourites:
a_104.gif

A Ibanez Musician MC-924 in polar white (was my first bass and I loved it but financial problems...).
I'm looking for one but I can't find it at ebay or gbase or any other classified.
Any for sale? Thank you guys.

I an extremely satisfied with my pair of Sadowskys and my rig. If I were to win the lotto or something I might by a frettless Pedula or Pre Cbs Jazz to noodle with, but all my GAS and playing needs are meet by my current arsenal

I have to agree with you there. I do not care what color, but for my money that was the best Ibanez I have played.

Anotehr thing to throw on my list. A black Gibson RD Artist. Kind of ugly, but they sounded pretty righteous...at least at that time.

I am the proud owner of over 17 basses, the biggest majority are high end basses. And have come to the conclusion that basses are a lot like women(no disrespect) you want them with a passion that consumes your thoughts most of the day. And then you figure out how to get them, through fasting and starvation, careful planing ,getting rid of something else, and making excuses to you and everyone else to justify the commitment to buy. And then you finally get what you want, you think? After a while it turns out that it is not quite what you wanted. I guess it is human nature. It has taken me 30yrs of buying, selling and trading basses and women.I am proud to say that I have found the perfect bass, amp, and women that make my blood boil. To bad my musical career is almost over and women my age are so set in their ways, I just buy more basses! Something to think about, HA!
