Double Bass fdeck PRE/HPF

May I ask for an advice how to order the famous small preamp/HPF made by member of this forum registered as fdeck? Sorry for my stupid question, I just want to make sure I didn't overlooked something, as I didn't receive any response for more than a week to neither my private message nor an email...
I know there is this problem with selling outside of the USA, but I still want to give it a try, as it seems this unit is exactly what I'm looking for right now.

From what I've read, he CAN'T sell overseas because his pre doesn't have the CE mark. if you do a search for the fdeck HPF, you'll come across the thread where he explains this.
