Feedback on Feedback?

I've noticed that the last few feedback entries I've made are being flagged as if feedback wasn't left for that deal (even though feedback was in fact left mutually). Is this something I'm doing wrong, is it some sort of batch processing thing that hasn't occurred yet, or what? I only ask because if the system truly doesn't see the feedback, it might not be adding to totals.

And by feedback on feedback, I mean the icons that are yellow (multicolored on the other parties page) that indicate feedback not yet left on the deal...

Not sure how detailed would be helpful, but as on example, I bought a VT Bass Deluxe from FunkBoy. I like it, he was great, I paid on time, etc. So he left me positive feedback, and I left him positive feedback. Both feedbacks point to the same transaction. And yet... I see this on his feedback page:

And this on my page:

So it's clear that the system on some level either doesn't believe these transactions had feedback left OR they aren't rendering those icons properly OR I'm doing something wrong or interpreting it incorrectly (same thing I guess).

Edit: As an afterthought I thought it might be a worthwhile test to clear my cache... but the page still renders this way. Not definitive proof it's not caching, but suggestive that it's not.
