Feedback system and ios

i just tried 3 times to leave feedback for a buyer. The system keeps rejecting me telling me that I need to select the feedbad and if i'm buyer or seller even though i double check that the buttons show as selected before submitting.

Other than using an ipad, what am I doing wrong?

Please note! I do not want to install an app for access to talkbass. Safari IOS is the browser I use...

I wish I didn't have the EXACT same problem...as well as the People I've sold to. I would have some positive Feedback if anyone could figure out how to leave it....it needs to be MUCH simpler.
