Fender (1976) Maple Jazz Bass with GMT Neck

I have a 1976 Fender Jazz bass (American), I have owned it since new,
in 1992 I was told that the neck was warped, I had the neck replaced with a GMT (Green Machine Technology) neck, this is what is now known as Status neck, the machine heads are the original fender heads, I replaced the bridge with a Badass II Bridge.

I have not played this Bass for over 28 years, I have searched bu cannot find any Basses with the same spec as mine, would like some feedback on if this would be a sort after Bass

Not sure what you’re asking... if there’s another natural finish ‘76 Jazz out there (yes there are lots of those around), or you mean another natural ‘76 Jazz with a GMT/Status replacement neck and a BadAss II bridge? If it’s the latter, then no probably not.

If you're asking if it has any sale value, IMO it's probably worth a lot more than what you have in it. It's not really collectable, though. The 70s was kind of an iffy era for Fender quality and they tended to run heavy (weight). And, while the neck is probably an upgrade, that also hurts any collectable value.

That said, for some, any older Fender is worth more, by virtue of age. And many like the 70s pickup placement on Jazz basses.

This is all just my opinion and worth a grain of salt.
