Fender 2008 Am Std trussrod access

Hi, I was just wondering how easy is it to access the truss rod adjustment on the 2008 American Standards? I am thinking of getting a P and am wondering do you have to remove the neck to adjust it? I have a Stingray and I love the how easy it is to access the truss rod.

Not quite as easy as a Ray, but still very easy, with the included tool.

no neck removal needed and with the t shaped allen key, it makes it very easy.
