In 2010 Fender produced a limited number of these special instruments to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the iconic Jazz Bass. The unique features include a gorgeous Candy Apply Red lacquer finish with matching headstock, graphite reinforced neck, rosewood fingerboard with pearloid block markers, vintage ‘75 pickups with 70’s spacing, hi-mass bridge with thru-body stringing option, lightweight tuners with tapered shafts, and vintage-style appointments such as a 60’s headstock decal, a thumb rest, and chrome pickup and bridge covers. The finish shows some wear with a few light scratches, dents and small chips, but overall the bass is in excellent condition and plays and sounds like a great Jazz Bass should. Weight is about 9.5 lbs. This instrument can be a working musicians tool, a treasured collectible, or both. Comes with the original G&G hardshell case. You won’t find many of these for sale and none at this price. $1,600 plus shipping (USA only). No trades.

No, the neck is very clean. There are two small chips on the side of the body and one on the front edge of the headstock.
