Fender Amp Help!

Help please!
My schools amp is this Head:

and this Cab:

I can't get a good sound out of it to save my soul. Someone please help. I need a Low grooving sound, but with alot of punch to it. Anyone?

for one turn off the horn on the cab if it has one. Place all the eq knobs at 12 and cut what you don't like to try to get your tone.

What sort of bass are you running through it? That can help too. If you have a P and a J pickup roll the J off and you should get some nice thump

I'm moving this to Amps.

Is that cab the 1x15? If so I've got one just like it collecting dust in the back of the garage somewhere. I never liked it.

No, it's the 4 x 10 i believe. Maybe 4 x 12. But I doubt that.

And also. I'm running it through MAINLY an [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]

But also I run it through a Squier Precision Bass sometimes.
