So some guitarist 50 years ago uses the wrong amp and it sounds good, so now guitar amps are named as if they're bass amps? Now they are breaking bass?

Yep, someone posted a thread before on this model line. You can tell how much FMI loves us Bassists huh.
They just updated the Fender website and flooded youtube with 10 second clips of guitarist struggling to describe tone.
Fade in: "I think they put something secret in there. I just push the secret button. [strums] Yeah." End Scene.
Maybe if you try playing your bass through one of these amps you'll break it.

I bought one. I saw them in the musicians friend catalog that came in the mail. It mentioned that the amp had power scaling down to one watt. I watched a few of the YouTube videos of fender reps playing it, there aren't any of anybody else playing it yet. I was very intrigued. I went to my local gc and no dice, local sam ash same thing. I went to my local mom and pop and they had the 007 head and the 45 combo in their storage but not on the floor yet. The manager offered to gun and get it. Fifteen minutes later he came back and unboxed it for me. I played it with a hendrix strat and a few other guitars. I was immediately in love and bought it pretty much on the spot. I already had a first gen supersonic head with the "bassman" circuit but with the bassbreaker having the "both" input I have a lot more flexibility. I love this amp. It makes me want to get rid of my pedalboard, almost.
