Not enough gain for pinch harmonics is a dealbreaker to me.

More than a couple people told me that same thing about a $1,000+ cabinet.
So, I bought one. I didn't agree & I'm still using a Rumble.

If you love the amp, I'm happy for you.
I've already explained that I don't & I have tried more than one.

I wish now I hadn't responded. I posted that the gain is weak & then you confirmed that in three separate posts

FWIW, I like bottom end when I play guitar as well, and the Rumble suits me for that.

Cool! Guitar thru a Rumble? Been there, done that already years ago lol. Sounds ok but why beat around the bush? Its cool you are a Rumble fanboy but a guitar thru a BF Bassman or SVT makes guitar thru a Rumble sound like a kids toy. Have fun though!

I'm using catalinbread's 5F6 pedal and I love this circuit.
Fender sells a head version, which can be combined with a bass cabinet.
Has anyone ever tried something like this?
Can anyone connect a bass cabinet and use it with bass enough?

I actually just sold my Bassbreaker 112 combo… never even tried a bass through it. I guess I'm boring sometimes. Awesome guitar amp, but I rarely play electric guitar anymore and needed to help fund my Genzler addiction.

OP here. Long forgotten-about thread, but yeah, I use a Vox Night Train 15W tube guitar head through a 210 Ampeg cab all the time.

I'm not going to lie, a hot rod deluxe into a 12" bass cab sounds really good to me.
