Fender Bassman 300 Pro Settings

Oh... I bet it is.
That's 30hz. Its a frequency you don't hear ALOT, but your speakers feel it. Some cabs don't even reproduce it well.

What cab and what kinda bass are you using.

( for me, I actually cut that frequency a bit to give my amp and cab "breathing room" as it uselessly uses up headroom and can fart out speakers that would otherwise rock!)

That's an interesting thought. I was running it through an Acoustic Control 408 with 4 15" speakers.

Just got a Bassman 300 Pro and this thread is a great resource. I'm glad this stuff gets to stay on the board for years!
