fender bassman compressor pedal-any 1st hand reviews/experience?

Internal trim pots for attack & release. Sorry, I like to monkey with this stuff on-the-fly. Even an externally accessible pair of trim pots (jewelers screwdriver) would be an improvement. Minor niggle which I can ignore if it sounds REALLY good.

Different strokes. I pretty much always use as slow an attack as possible with a fairly quick release, so this shouldn't be an issue for me. I'm glad it has 'em though. It's not "full featured", but certainly checks many boxes for me.

I have this compressor. It can get squishy and fat at extreme settings. It sounds and works really well! It's a fantastic pedal for the price.

Great compressor for the price. There's also an auto mode for attack and release, the internal trimpots didn't bother me a bit. It's perfect for someone starting with compressors, but advanced hobbyists users can also be happy with it.
When these pedals came out they looked and sounded solid on demos, I've been looking forward to seeing what people think of them but I haven't seen much.
Not the compressor . . . but I bought the Bassman Reverb. WANRING: I'm new to pedals and didn't really know what to expect. That said, I'd call it very subdued and a bit disappointing so far, though I'll continue to test its capabilities.
Any updates on these? Been looking to get a compressor pedal and going between the Fender Bassman and a Keeley Bassist. I've had the Keeley before and know what it can do. Just curious about the Fender Bassman Comp. Not a lot of info out there about it.
For $120, it's worth the risk. Be the pioneer!
