Do we know what is the bridge alloy that was used on older Fender Japanese or USA in the 80's or lawsuit Fenders from Japan, they are very magnetic so high iron content but does not look like any plating was done. Are the ones they use today the same alloy only plated, or is there a cut off year when they started to use different alloy with plating. Same question about old tuners, assuming the switch was in the same year or close range timeline.
