Which one of those 2 is the best sound for practice at home, forget about all the effects and bells and whistles on the Bronco, for a sound perspective wise which one is the best sounding one between Fender Bronco 40 and Fender Rumble V3 40

I think you'll find the Rumble 40 the better of the two.

You buy the Bronco 40 for the digital modeling; effects, and USB direct recording plus Fender Fuse capability.

The Rumble 40 has found great favor as a personal practice amp that can also play acoustic 'coffee house' type gigs with ease. While you can find Rumble 40's at any of the major music chain stores, not so the Bronco 40 so it nearly impossible to A/B them.

Sorry to revive a dead thread, but I have a Bronco 40, and I can't see how the Rumble 40 would be any better. I have played most of the Rumbles in GC, and they are great amps, I plan to get a 500 head if I need to play live. But the Bronco is so much more versatile, I just can't see how you would choose the Rumble 40 over it, if price doesn't deter you....

I would literally freak and head to order one immediately if Fender would make a Bronco 500 combo.

I seriously doubt that's gonna happen, but ya never know. I tried a couple of times on the Fender Forum to persuade anyone listening that either a more powerful Bronco combo or perhaps a Bronco floor pedal like the Mustang's, but to no avail.

If I'm not mistaken, Fender hasn't even updated the Fuse firmware since forever ago. I like and have a Bronco 40, but have a feeling that's all the public is ever gonna see.
