...anyone else played/have this bass? I got it and personally I love it, has a real agressive tone to it, even played clean. I find it really cuts through the mix both live and recorded and really has its own voice compared to a lot of other basses, kinda like an "angry" aerodyne jazz but with A LOT with more low end.
I've seen people not too happy with the price tag for a MIM Fender, which in this case is justified due to it being signed by the man himself during a session at the Guitar, Amp and Keyboard centre in Brighton and me being a total G'n'R freak!
Just interested to know people opinions on this bass as I have it and love it, but i'm the only person i'm aware of who has one and other than Fenders press release and specs cant find much else about it in terms of reviews or other owners....you must be somewhere!?
